Fringe for Fall

I snagged this romper (also comes in black) over the weekend from Bevello to wear to an engagement party for some friends of ours. It's been hot and humid over the last few weeks, and the party was outdoors at the beach, so I wanted something loose and airy so I would feel both comfortable and chic. I opted for these lace up sandals for the party but couldn't resist getting these booties for fall. I love how great of a transition piece they are. I love them with this romper but will be wearing them all the time with cropped pants once the weather cools off.

My family is headed to New York City on Friday morning for a long weekend and I can't wait! It's safe to say I am nowhere close to packing, and with a crazy work week, a busy weekend, and then getting engaged, all the things I had in my online shopping carts to purchase never quite made their way to my house. Ever look in your closet and think, "I have nothing to wear?" That's how I feel about this trip. But either way, I am beyond excited to head to the city for some family time!
