Tone It Up
I've started the Tone It Up Bikini Series, and it has really made me excited to work out! I normally am not a huge fan of the gym, but that has changed since starting this workout plan. Because there are specific goals and set workouts for the day, it's easy to plan your workout and set aside that time.
It's Week 3 in the Bikini Series, but it's not too late to start! I jumped in a little late, but that's only motivating me to work harder so I can see results.

*Cardio: What I love about Tone It Up is that Katrina and Karena give other alternatives to running for cardio. I am a terrible runner, so I tend to walk/jog/run, and I could never run 3 miles straight, that is for sure. Other alternatives for cardio:
Biking: Divide your miles by 3. ex. 9 miles = 3 miles
Swimming: Multiply by 3! Ex. 1 mile swin = 3 miles
Beach Babe DVD: 40 Minute HIIT = 4 miles!
I am dying to try the Beach Babe DVD -- so I will be ordering that ASAP.

The Tone It Up girls have also set a goal to do 100 miles by June 21st! For you runners, you might even do 150! Because I started the bikini series a little late, I have some catching up to do, but that's pushing me towards my fitness goal!

Of course, a toned body results from both working out and a healthy diet, so I'm working to implement more clean eating -- even when it's hard!
