Happy New Year's Eve! It is incredibly difficult to believe that 2016 is only a few hours away. I can't wait to see what this coming year brings. There were too many highlights for me to count in 2015 so I'm excited for the adventures ahead. I shared some moments of my year in this post as well as some of my style favorites - now I'm sharing some of my goals for the new year.

Cheers to an almost new year! 2015 was a pretty big year for me, full of mostly ups but a few downs as well. I survived working full-time and getting my real estate license, said goodbye to my beloved Nonny, moved once again, but this time back to my beautiful hometown, quit my first "big girl" job and left behind some amazing co-workers, started a new job, celebrated 5 years of dating with Stephen, and many more things in between.

I've said it a million times and I'll keep saying it: how have the holidays gone by so quickly? I feel like it was just yesterday that I was listening to Christmas music a little too far in advanced, and now tomorrow is Christmas Eve! Even harder to believe is the fact that 2015 is coming to a close and we'll soon be ringing in the New Year! 2015 has been a year full of many ups and a few downs, but a year that I'm thankful for nonetheless. I can't believe that 2016 is quickly approaching!
Happy New Year! It is incredibly hard to believe that it is already 2015. I can’t wait to see what this next year has in store for me in all aspects of life. 2014 was a great one, and I know 2015 will be, too.

This year, I’m setting goals for myself personally and professionally, and of course, I am setting goals for Southern Style, too. I need to spend more time at the gym and less time worrying about when I have the time to get there, focus more on reflecting and less on negativity and things I can’t change, and dedicate time each week to my organization – home, work, blog, and more.

On a much more personal note, in this new year, I would also like to ask for thoughts and prayers for someone very close to me. My grandmother battles ALS, commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, which is a progressive motor-neuron disease that has no cure. My prayer every single day is that they will find a cure for this disease robs victims of their mobility and eventually of their life. May 2015 be the year for a cure!

I looked back at some of my favorite style posts from the past year, and decided I would share. It’s an eclectic mix – not from every single month, just looks I particular loved. Thanks for following along with me, and I can’t wait to see what this next year has in store for Southern Style. Cheers to 2015!

Happy New Year's Eve! I got this skirt for Christmas and am in love with the cut, color, and print. This will definitely be a piece that I will overwear - if only I had more Christmas parties to wear it to! You will probably catch me wearing this skirt to work, too. It's too cute not to. While this metallic skirt makes for fun but more understated look, I'll be donning sequins tonight to ring in the new year with my best friends! Hope you have a wonderful time tonight! See you in the new year.
