Buffalo Plaid

dress: Pink Mascara, vest: similar here and here, boots: Forever21, bag: Kate Spade (almost exact), earrings: Sheila Fajl, wreath: TJ Maxx (similar here and here)

Happy December! It is incredibly hard to believe how quickly this year has flown. I remember last Christmas so vividly that it's hard to believe the season is here again. No complaints for this girl, though. I've been decorating, Christmas shopping, and buying all the plaid. The only thing is that we've been having very warm weather. Don't get me wrong - I'm a beach-loving gal through and through, and I love few things more than being on the water in the sunshine, but during the month of December, I could use a chilly day or two (P.S. I'll be that girl complaining of cold weather by January...).

I have been gravitating towards plaid this fall, so when I saw this buffalo plaid dress online, I couldn't resist. My co-worker and I joked that this is my lumberjack-cheerleader dress, but it is something fun to wear during the holiday season. I paired it with these over-the-knee boots, but the next time I wear it, it will definitely be with these Tory Burch riding boots. I snagged these on Black Friday - they came in last night and I'm absolutely obsessed. Cheers to Wednesday, the month of December, and the most wonderful time of the year!
