Happy Friday, everyone! It is still so crazy to me that it's November - and it's been in the 70s here in Wilmington! I've been a little MIA the past couple of weeks - on Thursdays and Fridays until December, I am working on my continued education for my real estate license. Today is the final and test day for the first of my 3 continued education classes - but in 4 more weeks, the provisional status will be removed from my license!
We kicked off the holiday season last night with a Friendsgiving with our friends that live in the area and it was a fun way to start off the holidays. Everyone brought a dish and we hung out for a few hours - it's always fun to do that with friends, and we are talking about creating a supper club once a month after all the excitement dies down after Christmas. But in the meantime, I can't get enough of the holiday decor that is in stores! It is unreal to me that we're only a couple of weeks away from Thanksgiving. I am keeping my pumpkins up on my front porch through the day of thanks, though my Christmas things may go up before then.
I am loving this festive decor - and some of it can be used until January! If you're looking for a fun a fall addition to your tablescape, this turkey is the perfect piece. It's always nice to take a hostess gift as well if you're heading out to a dinner party, and a bottle of wine encased in a pretty bag is an easy thing to take just to lett the host or hostess know you appreciate the invite.
I've also added a new tab to the navigation bar -- Holiday 2015! As of now, most of the tabs feature old posts or just a few things here and there, but they will be continuously updated until Christmas with some of my favorite gift ideas for guys, gals, parents, hostesses, and more + my favorite looks for the holiday season. Posts will go live here like normal, but I will be adding different pages as well that will be updated in real time as I find things that I love!
Hope you have a great weekend!
