A beauty regiment is always important, but especially during the summer! Mine doesn't change all that much in terms of makeup products, although some days I only use 1 or 2 products, while a night out with friends mixes it up a little bit. I've found some great products this summer that have become a part of my everyday beauty routine.
It's a 10 Miracle Shine Spray has become my best friend! I started using it a couple of weeks ago when my hair seemed really dry, and now I absolutely love it!
BB Cream is a perfect moisturizer or base under your normal makeup, but some days I use it on its own! It's great for days that I don't feel like wearing much makeup.
Mirenesse Glossy Kiss is a great mix between a gloss and a lip stick. I often add a lip balm or gloss over it for a little more shine. My color is "Flirty Kiss!"
I have yet to find a bronzer that I love more than Bobbi Brown. If I'm in a hurry or don't feel like wearing makeup, I just dab some along my cheek bones and nose and call it a day!
Clinique Even Better Foundation is perfect for a fuller-coverage look. This is my go-to for foundation -- and it works great both during the day and at night, and it stays on all day!
The older I get, the more I realize how IMPORTANT it is to have good sun care. Any time I am in the sun, I put at least SPF 30 on my face, if not more. I really like the Neutrogena face sunscreen because it is great for sensitive skin.
My hair has gotten longer so I've really utilized wearing it curly and wavy. The Infiniti Pro curling iron (Target) is great. It takes me about 10 minutes to curl my hair; I then brush through it and have great summery hair.
I use my Clinique Superbalm moisturizing gloss in "grapefruit" almost every day. It is a great lip moisturizer and gives a great shine.
The EOS "egg" is another great lip balm. It is important to take care of your lips just like the rest of your skin!
I like the Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen. On my body, I normally use SPF 15, as my skin is naturally tan. Some days I am tempted not to use any sunscreen, but my mother gives a constant reminder that skin care is so very important.
I also use Estee Lauder Sumptuous Mascara. It is a great beauty product that makes your lashes long and volumous.
BEAUTY EXTRA: At the moment, I am currently trying the lash extension trend. I love them! I never have to wear mascara, and I've found that I don't wear as much eyeliner either, especially for daytime. I would definitely suggest lash extensions, though they are a more extravagant beauty splurge.
