March Goals & 101 in 1,001 Update

How are we already into the third month of the year?! I feel like I blinked and January and February flew by. I definitely have spring fever and our crazy Carolina weather isn't helping... wintry mix one day and 65 a few days later. I can't keep up!

That being said, I'm trying to be better about keeping monthly goals or to-do lists. I reference my 101 in 1,001 list pretty regularly as I want to accomplish more items on this list than I did on the last one! That being said, here are a few things on my to-do list for this month:
  • Cook at least 3 times each week
  • Read 3 new books (I have three books at home waiting to be read!)
  • Try a new workout class
  • Drink more water
  • Cut out excessive spending
  • Update store office
I've also been chipping away slowly but surely on some of my 101 in 1,001 goals. Here are a few that I've completed since creating the list in October 2018:
  • Change my last name - finally completed January 2019
  • Order our wedding album - completed November 2018
  • Host an ornament exchange - December 2018
  • Order our first "yearbook" photo album (did this collab with Snapfish which worked out great!)
  • Update living room light fixture - completed November 2018. We went with this one from West Elm!
  • Mount our TV on our living room wall - February 2019 - Stephen surprised me with this while I was gone for my cousin's wedding weekend! While I was getting ready with the bridesmaids, he had some time at home so he and a friend hung it! Such a great surprise!
  • Find the perfect artwork for our downstairs powder room - completed November 2019
  • Try 10 new-to-me restaurants - halfway done!
    • Italian Bistro - November 2018
    • True Blue - December 2018
    • Skytown Beer & BBQ - December 2018
    • Kornerstone Bistro - January 2019
    • Port City Cheesesteaks - March 2019
  • See a new-to-me Broadway show - February 2019 - While in NYC for market, my mom and I saw Mean Girls. It may be a new favorite!
What goals do you want to accomplish this year?
