We had a gorgeous weekend that actually felt like fall! The days were still a little warm but it was certainly chilly when the sun set. Stephen and I also picked up our new couch and chair. We had planned on getting a new couch when we got married but ended up needing one a little bit sooner due to the leak I had in my house. It was our first big purchase together and I can't wait until we're living in the same place! I've also thought about chronicling my living room re-do. Is that someone anyone is interested in?
It was fun to break out some warmer pieces over the weekend. I love this vest from last year - so cozy and perfect with an all-black look. I've also ordered a buffalo plaid flannel that I'm thinking of pairing with it for the next home NC State game. I also can't stop wearing these booties - it's going to be a sad day when it gets too cold for open-toe shoes!
Cheers to a new week - I have a work event that I'm hosting on Friday + Saturday as well as lots of meetings this week, so if I'm MIA, that is why!
