Weekending

coral
I still love this coral dress from J.McLaughlin. It's perfect for summertime, both day and night. Shop it here.

biker chick
How adorable are those bikes? True story. I haven't ridden in a bike in at least 2 or 3 years. I used to love riding bikes but I've had a couple of bike accidents that left me a teeny bit fearful. But maybe if I had a bike like this one, I would change my mind.

glam
I always love checking out new posts on Gal Meets Glam, and Greece is definitely on the top of my travel bucket list. How gorgeous is this shot? And her outfit is cute, too.

cocktail hour
4th of July is just around the corner, so I've been perusing Pinterest for 4th of July recipes and party ideas. My family is having a cookout at the beach house, and though it will be a small group of us, it's still fun to come up with a few creative cookout treats, like this delicious patriotic sangria.

inspired
Where you are, be all there. This is something I desperately need to work on. As of late, there are so many distractions in my life -- whether purposeful or accidental. No matter what you do this weekend, be all there. Enjoy every single moment.

Cheers to a wonderful weekend!

  7. Love the sangria! I made a similar one last year for our Fourth party and it was delicious (though I had a Spanish guest yell at me for de-patriotizing her country's traditions... no lie). And I have this quote hanging in my apartment <3 <3

  10. I had a bike accident when I was younger that left me fearful too. When I got married, my husband got really into it and I have slowly eased back into it and enjoy it. I have loved GMG's Greece posts!
