It's no secret I love Vietri! When registering for our wedding, I immediately fell in love with the ruffolo chargers as I knew they would add something festive to our table year round. Happy Friday! Today, I'm sharing a peek into my bedroom - there are still so many things I would love to do! When I moved back to Wilmington, I moved into a home my parents were renting out that is also right next to their house. I love being here and the convenience of being right with my family, but I also don't know if I'll stay here for another year or another several years. Because of that, I'm holding off on any huge purchases that may not work in other spaces. P.S. another great thing about living right next to my parents? They babysit Sophie pup every day so she doesn't have to be all alone!
I constantly peruse online stores and Home Goods for new pieces to add to my apartment. I've gotten better about controlling my shopping urges, but it's still hard to resist a new piece here or there. It also doesn't help that I interned a few years back with Liz Carroll, an incredible interior designer, so I have a hard time resisting new interior pieces.
Something about fall makes me want to give my home a refresh. There is always something new I'm wanting, and Home Goods, Target, and Pier One always seem to get the best of me. Gold is always a fun addition, but I think I'm loving it even more this season. Nate Berkus has a lot of great pieces at Target for fall -- pieces that can freshen up a space that you already have decorated. That's what I love about interior design -- you can take a piece away and add something in its place, and you have a whole new feel to that room. Though I mixed and matched those pieces from Home Goods and Stein Mart, this is a fun alternative that you can get from Target. It's also not just for the bedroom -- it could look great anywhere. And how great is that furry stool? Such a fun and unique piece -- that gives off a more luxury feel for the Target price tag.
Decorating my new home has caused a problem -- a serious one. If I online shopping before, I really love it now.
