Wedding Wednesday: The Countdown Is On

This Saturday marks two weeks until the wedding - two weeks! I can't even believe how fast the last year has flown by. I am begging time to speed up and slow down all at once! I can't wait to get married to Stephen, but at the same time, the to-do list seems huge and the closer we get to the wedding also means the closer we get to the opening of ZIA
With the countdown on, we've been diligently crossing off big items off the to-do list:

+ The Seating Chart - y'all, this one was a tough one! I decided early on that I wanted to have a seating chart. We are having a fairly large wedding and though it would be easier to let guests seat themselves, it could also equal chaos, so we opted to assign each guest to a table. We still have a few tweaks to make, but as of now, all of our RSVP'd guests have a seating assignment so that's a huge check mark off my list!

+ The Little Things - these are the things that add up! But we've ordered the champagne flutes, cake knife set, favors, and guest book, and made appointments for my last hair cut, mani, pedi, etc.

Things to do:

+ Make a packing list - our wedding venue is about 45 minutes from my house, so while it would be doable if I forgot something, that's not really something I want to have to do! I've been trying to make a running list of everything I need for the Friday and Saturday of wedding weekend, but that is certainly easier said than done.

+ Finalize wedding weekend attire - I still have not picked out the dress for my bridesmaids' luncheon! I have a contender in mine but just haven't made the purchase. We're also having my mom's wedding dress remade into my rehearsal dinner dress, so I have a few more fittings left for that.

+ Decide between escort cards and table chart - Originally, I was thinking that a table chart list would work best, but I'm actually leaning now towards escort cards! Pros and cons to both?

I'm up for any and all tips, tricks and advice as we countdown these final days to #HappilyWeddedWiggins!
