Planning for Happiness

Ever since I can remember, I've loved a good paper planner. Sure, I love online project tracking tools and the reminders on my iPhone, but there are few things better when it comes to my organization than a paper planner. When it was time for a new school year to start, I was always excited to head to Barnes and Noble or anywhere that sold planners to find the perfect organizer for my year.

At this point, I've tried all kinds of great planners. I had snagged one from Target that I really liked, but when I had the opportunity to try the Happy Everything agenda by Coton Colors, I couldn't pass it up, and now it's my go-to! One of my favorite things about the agenda is that it's 17 months, running from August 2016 - December 2017. We already have 4 weddings on the books for next summer + work events that are piling up, so it's nice to have one book to keep up with instead of a couple.

I also can't get enough of the gold foil exterior! There are several options to choose from, but I couldn't resist the black, white & gold color scheme. Another great feature? It's hard back, but it's spiral bound, which means it lies flat on my desk while I'm getting my work done, and that aspect has become an absolute must for me. There are also reminders to jot down some happiness for the week. I am a planner by nature - Stephen just told me a moment ago to take a moment without making a plan - so it's easy to get caught up. I love that there's also a place to reflect.

Coton Colors was also great enough to include some adorable notepads, stickers to mark special occasions, and the "happy" paper clips. Check out the video below to see some highlights of the planner!
