Home for the Holidays

Stephen asked me in the car on the way home from dinner if I was going to relinquish my Christmas spirit for a little bit -- I was singing Christmas songs and didn't even realize it. This year's holiday festivities were just so wonderful, which made the ending of the holidays that much more difficult. Each year, we normally celebrate in different segments. We spent the Sunday before Christmas at my grandmother's house, Christmas Eve at my grandfather's, and then on Christmas morning, it was just the my mom, dad, sister, brother and I opening gifts and eating breakfast before my grandparents and aunts and uncles come to eat lunch and exchange presents.

Needless to say, it was a fun and exciting Christmas season. Now that the new year is here, the holiday season seems to come to a close. While I'm excited for warmer weather and summertime, I definitely an already looking forward to next year. These are just a few snapshots from our festivities. Happy 2015! Have a great weekend!
